Rocky Copeland serves as the Vice President of Operations for the Oklahoma Warriors Hockey organization, overseeing the full spectrum of game‑day execution, team logistics and organizational coordination across both NAHL and NA3HL programs. With a background rooted in sports operations since 1995, community engagement, and partnership development. His leadership style blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, making him a trusted point of contact for staff, players, partners, and fans alike. He is dedicated to growing the Warriors’ presence in the community and enhancing the experience for everyone who walks through the rink doors.
Director of Business Operations and Game Day Experience: Shanna Stout

Shanna Stout serves as Director of Business Operations and Game Day Experience for the Oklahoma Warriors’ NAHL and NA3HL teams. Entering her third season, she has helped shape the organization’s business operations by providing continuity and building strong relationships with fans, partners, and the Oklahoma hockey community.
Shanna directs business operations, game-day experience, fan engagement, bar operations and regulatory compliance, merchandise, volunteer management, and the Warriors’ internship program, which she developed to mentor future sports professionals. She has designed and implemented processes that improved organizational efficiency, elevated the fan experience, and supported the organization’s growth.
Shanna earned a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness and Resource Management from Arizona State University, an MBA from Oklahoma Christian University, completed Advanced Master’s Studies in Military Arts and Sciences through Air Command and Staff College, and is a Six Sigma Black Belt. She also serves full-time as a Management and Program Analyst for the U.S. Air Force. An OKC hockey mom and volunteer since 2012, and fifth-year Warriors billet family, Shanna is passionate about growing the game of hockey in Oklahoma and throughout the South.
Director of Broadcasting & Communications: Gabe Daniel

Gabe began broadcasting at the age of 14 for his hometown Wichita Jr. Thunder of the former Western States Hockey League. His time in the WSHL led him to the University of Kansas, where he built the broadcast production for the club hockey team (ACHA III). Following his time as Jayhawk, he’s had stops with the Tulsa Oilers (ECHL, NA3HL and IFL) and Fayetteville Marksmen (SPHL) organizations.
“I’m very excited to be joining such an incredible organization with the Oklahoma Warriors,” Daniel said. “I couldn’t be more thankful for the opportunity from George Chalos and Rocky Copeland. I can’t wait to put on the headset and bring the excitement to the Warriors’ faithful through the broadcasts and more.”

Cara serves as the Oklahoma Warriors and Oklahoma City Warriors Billet Coordinator while also leading Community Outreach and Sponsorship efforts. Her passion for the organization and commitment to the players is evident in everything she does.
As a billet family since the organization’s inaugural season in Oklahoma, Cara has been part of the Warriors family from the very beginning. She stepped into the Billet Coordinator role the following year and has since dedicated herself to creating a welcoming, supportive environment for players and their host families.
Raised in the Moore community, Cara enjoys building relationships with local businesses, growing community partnerships, and finding new ways to connect the Warriors with the community she proudly calls home. Whether she’s welcoming new billet families, working with sponsors, organizing community initiatives, or cheering on the team at the rink, her dedication and enthusiasm shine through.
Cara is proud to help provide Warriors players with a true home away from home while strengthening the organization’s connection throughout the Moore community and surrounding area.
